Here are details of the club for your perusal, however if you have further enquiry please do not hesitate to contact us via the form on this site.

The Club was formed in the 1930s in the Singer Sewing machine factory. After the factory closed, the club moved to the Hub Community Centre, Clydebank and was renamed Hub Singer.

Hub Singer CC is a member of the Glasgow District Photographic Union (GDPU) and the Scottish Photographic Federation (SPF). It also takes part in local exhibitions.

Club nights are every Tuesday evening from 7.30pm – 9.30pm, September through to May each year.

Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic 2019/2020 season ended prematurely and 2020/2021 season has been more adhoc and found the club taking to Zoom, but normality will return. The council aren’t taking bookings for the Hub for the foreseeable future as it is being used as a vaccination centre. We are looking at alternative venues that are not too far from the Hub but in the meantime we are continuing with Zoom meetings.

We normally meet at:
The Hub Community Education Centre
405 Kilbowie Road
G81 2TX
